Ross is a founding Director working within our accounting & finance division at 4DTalent. He specialises in the recruitment of executive, qualified and part-qualified finance positions.

Ross graduated from a double degree program with a 1st class BBA (Honours) degree from Lancaster University, majoring in Accounting as well as a 1st class degree in European management (DESEM) from Neoma Business School, Reims (a ‘Grande Ecole’).

Ross started his recruitment career in the UK as an Intern with a large international recruitment business in 2008, ultimately relocating to Sydney with that same firm in 2011. Ross has 12 years' local experience recruiting finance roles in the Sydney market across all industry sectors.  Ross has 6 years working as both an Associate Director and General Manager, leading up to 5 teams and 18 recruiters operating across finance, financial services and legal recruitment in Sydney.

Outside of work, Ross plays for Manly Vale FC in the Northern Beaches and enjoys getting out for a run, swim or walk. He has volunteered his time as a university alumni rep in addition to supporting organisations including The Smith Family, Cancer Council and CareerSeekers.
